Our client is a large and well-known player in the outsourcing industry, currently on an exciting development and growth journey. This agency values quality and has received the highest ratings from its customers according to the Swedish Quality Index (SKI) for several years in a row. Now you have the chance to embark on an exciting journey in a company that promotes good teamwork as well as individual development. This role is a direct employment with the client, meaning it is not a consulting assignment. The company applies a probationary period and offers a flexible workplace based out of one of the offices in Stockholm, Uppsala, or Nyköping.

Your Challenge

To succeed in this role as a payroll consultant, we see that you are a responsible person with a careful and structured working method. Furthermore, you should enjoy juggling multiple tasks. You demonstrate great commitment and strive to always provide the best possible service to your clients. For those who enter this role, there are all chances for long-term career development internally. You will join an exciting phase in a payroll team that is constantly growing and evolving. Here, you will have the opportunity to participate in several exciting projects and learn more about all parts of the payroll process to develop in your role.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who works in payroll and enjoys providing good service/support. You may be at the beginning of your career or have several years of work experience and want to take the chance to grow further in payroll. Since the work is performed in teams, we see that you are social, open, and unafraid. You are eager to take your own initiatives and understand the value of building good relationships, both with clients and colleagues. You enjoy varied tasks and have no problem working in a fast-paced environment and in close collaboration with others. You are interested in learning about the payroll process and want to increase your understanding of the different components and how they are interconnected. Previous experience with the systems Hogia Lön+ and Agda is an advantage.
